Scope of Application
Which products this warranty covers
This warranty applies to all series of high-voltage DC contactors, DC circuit breakers, EV fuses, current sensors, connectors and power modules supplied by Beian New Energy Co., Ltd. from the following brands:
Hongfa Lazzen / Nader ALQ Albright Gigavac Hudson Sinofuse
…and other brands officially sold by Beian New Energy Co., Ltd.

Warranty Period
How long your coverage lasts
- Standard Warranty: 12-month factory warranty, starting from the shipment date.
- Extended Warranty: coverage beyond 12 months requires the operating conditions to be stated in writing in the contract; otherwise, the standard 12-month warranty applies.

Warranty Calculation Rules
How the warranty period is measured
- Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty period is uniformly calculated from the shipment date.
- For complete vehicle supporting projects, the start date may be agreed as the equipment off-line date in the contract.
- Replacement products within the warranty period inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product.
- If the remaining period is less than 3 months, a minimum 3-month warranty is guaranteed.
Good to know: your warranty travel time is always protected — even a replacement near the end of the term keeps at least 3 months of coverage.

Warranty Service Content
What we cover
- Within the warranty period, if the original factory confirms product manufacturing defects after inspection, free product replacement or maintenance services will be provided.
- The supplier shall bear the round-trip logistics costs of faulty products.
Exclusion of Indemnification
No indirect losses shall be compensated, including but not limited to: equipment downtime loss, disassembly and assembly labour costs, supporting equipment damage and project delay losses.

Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is invalid if any of the following applies
✕Rated Parameters Exceeded
Operation beyond nameplate ratings — including over-temperature, over-altitude, or harsh unprotected environments with corrosion or dust.
✕Improper Installation
Non-standard installation, incorrect or loose wiring, or operation without matching protective devices such as fuses and freewheeling diodes.
✕Unauthorized Handling
Unauthorized disassembly or modification, damage caused by human impact, water condensation, lightning surge and other external forces.
✕Normal Consumable Wear
Normal consumable losses including contact arc wear and end of electrical service life.
✕Invalid Documentation
Defaced nameplate, tampered serial number, no valid shipment certificate, or operation beyond the warranty period.

After-Sales Process

Submit the case
Send us the shipment documents, product nameplate information and a description of the fault.

Return for inspection
Faulty products are returned to the original factory for technical inspection.

Get the test report
A detailed test report is issued within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Resolution
Qualified manufacturing defects enjoy free after-sales service; man-made or conditional damage is handled on a paid basis.
